Questions we hear first

Saturday at 4:00 p.m. for check-in. Saturday at 10:00 a.m. for check-out. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday, which is how most beach houses on this stretch of the Panhandle turn over. If you need a Friday arrival, call. The cleaners may not be done, especially in summer.

Each place has its own driveway. You do not need a condo parking pass.

• Sandpiper Bungalow. 2 cars in the driveway. No RVs or trailers.
• Pelican Bungalow. 2 cars in the driveway. No RVs or trailers.
• Sea Oat Cottage. 1 car in the driveway. No RVs or trailers.
• Gulf Front Beach House. 4 cars in the driveway. No RVs or trailers.

Panama City Beach uses the Florida flag system. Look at the tower or the access before you swim, and check again after lunch. A green flag is not a promise.

• Green. Low hazard. Calm does not mean careless.
• Yellow. Medium hazard. Moderate surf or currents.
• Red. High hazard. Strong surf or currents.
• Double red. Water closed to the public.
• Purple. Dangerous marine life, such as jellyfish. It can fly beside another color.

Chairs, umbrellas, and coolers come off the sandy beach between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Bring our set back to the bungalow.

Only Sea Oat Cottage. One dog, 40 pounds or under, with a $150 demo pet fee on top of the weekly rate. The dog stays off the beds and is never left alone in the cottage.

Panama City Beach does not allow dogs on the sandy beach except at the designated dog beach on the west side of the city pier, plus service animals that are doing their trained task. An emotional support animal is not a service animal under that rule. We will point Sea Oat guests to the dog beach. The other three houses are no-pet.

On a real booking we would hold a $400 refundable damage deposit and return it after a walkthrough if the bungalow is left as you found it. Demo price, demo deposit. This website does not take a card, a deposit, or a booking.
